Customer Service Rep
Burke's Pharmacy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
We are looking for an employee that wants and can do multiple jobs with multiple roles in a very diverse and exciting environment.
This position is in a very busy family owned pharmacy and is heavily customer service oriented.
Preferences include knowledge of medical software and operation with special preference of QS/1 software specific to SystemOne and POS platforms. PrimeCare experience is also a plus. Also Microsoft Office is beneficial.
Shift times and days are varying and flexible and rotating like other retail/customer service roles. This position requires flexibility to work Monday - Sunday.
Bilingual a plus.
- Sell and rent equipment and OTC products to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Inventory Management
- Patient Data Input
- Patient Data verification
- Equipment & Medication Delivery
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma / GED
